it – you can do this in front of a mirror or in front of someone you trust to give you honest feedback – you
will deliver a clear and concise message that says everything you want it to. Don’t forget to let the other
person respond. That 30 seconds is critical partially because it allows time for a response and generates a
great give and take between you and the other person.
